It’s finished with pistachio on top for extra flavour and texture, giving you that perfect mix of soft cookie, creamy filling and a slightly nutty crunch in every bite. Rich, fragrant and a little different from your usual cookie, it’s made for anyone who loves traditional flavours with a modern twist.
